The SwedAfrica business program allows you to apply for a personal mentor from individuals, private/public companies and NGOs.
How can your mentor help you?
Your mentor will be a great source of information — a person who will challenge as well as motivate you towards achieving your goals. You will get tangible advice, support and encouragement when needed.
We encourage face-to-face meetings with your mentor. However, other means of communications can also be used to facilitate the overall process given mitigating circumstances. The mentors will help you clarify your goals and give you the opportunity to explore various possibilities, as well as build relationships and networks for your future purpose.

How to apply:
Send your CV together with a letter motivating why you are interested in joining us and specifically, what you intend to achieve from joining our mentoring program. Together with the mentors, we will match you up based on the information you table.

The framework:
- A one - six month business mentoring program.
- The mentee and the mentor decide on the start and end date depending on the mentee's need.
- During this period, mentors and mentees are expected to meet atleast ten times, with 45 minutes per meeting.
- Workshops / seminars / mentoring events will also be organised accordingly.
